Investing in Namibia's Future
Our dedication to giving back began during the construction of our cement plant in 2009. It was then that we made a deliberate choice to invest in Namibia, with a focus on key sectors such as Health, Education, and Infrastructure Development. To turn this vision into reality, we established our Corporate Social Investment Program (CSIP) with a singular purpose: to uplift communities and contribute to the growth and development of Namibia.
Our Corporate Social Investment Program is built upon three pillars: healthcare, infrastructure, and education. These pillars guide our every action, ensuring that our support, donations, and sponsorships align with our commitment to the Namibian people.
When you approach us with requests or proposals, please make sure they clearly relate to one of these three pillars. Provide us with a clear indication of your expectations and the associated costs.

Dedicated Committee for Community Upliftment
We’ve established a committee that convenes regularly to review and respond to all requests received in writing. For larger projects that are pre-identified, we budget accordingly to ensure their successful realization. While our resources are limited, we strive to accommodate ad-hoc requests to the best of our ability.
